We take that part on ourselves: we check the invoice and the packing list before filing, calculate the payments in advance and answer customs queries ourselves. You get released cargo and a full set of closing documents.

Request and quote
You send us the invoice or a description of the cargo. We classify the HS code, calculate the payments and give you a lead time — the quote comes back within one working day.
Step 2
Contract and documents
We fix the price and the deadlines in writing. We check the contract, the invoice and the packing list and tell you which papers are missing while corrections still cost nothing.
Step 3
Declaration and release
We file the declaration electronically, pay the duty and VAT, answer queries from the post and attend the inspection until the goods are released.
Step 4
Delivery and paperwork
We deliver the cargo to your warehouse and hand over the full set of documents for your accounting: the declaration, the invoice, transport papers and permits.
